My Favorite Photo

I wanted to share with you one of my favorite photos:

This is Jason surprising me the day he got home from Afghanistan. It had been several trying months and I was so excited and relieved to see him.

Like many military wives, while Jason was serving, I found comfort in knowing he was with the best-trained soldiers in history.

Today, it’s been nearly a year since Jason announced he was running for Secretary of State, and while he’s in Missouri and safe, I’ve missed him as he’s traveled over 70,000 miles talking to voters.

For the past year, I was comforted knowing that while out on the road, he was surrounded by folks like you – the best grassroots army in Missouri.

While Jason’s opponent is relying on a wealthy donor to fund his campaign, over 1,700 of you have given Jason what you can, knowing he’ll have the courage to stand up and do what’s right.

Our final quarterly deadline is this Saturday, and once again, we’re asking for your help.

Will you give $10, or whatever you can, today?

Whether in Afghanistan or here in Missouri, Jason’s mission has always been the same – to serve with honor and integrity.

We really appreciate all you’ve done for us and I hope you can help today.

Thanks for your support.

Diana
